Phase 1: Day 2 of 14

Thoughts: that one piece of left over almond joy is calling my name. It's saying "you know you're craving me, just eat and not let me go to waste."

Worries: Last night I bought a Rosemary/garlic roasted chicken (not my usual, I like BBQ flavor but was worried about the sugars in it) from Albertsons, actually went to pick up cauliflower and chicken breasts then got sidetracked thinking it's so much easier to pick up food already prepared than it is for me to go get uncooked ones and have to go to ANOTHER store to pick up a grill/griddle. While the cauliflower soup was cooking away I prepped the chicken, I know legs and thighs are out so I took a bite of the chicken breast. I don't know what is is about it, or maybe it was my stomach being very unsettled from the steak at lunch, but I took a bite and started chewing then after about 6 chews I had to spit it out. I couldn't swallow it for the life of me. I don't know what happened, but it was not a pleasant sensation. Closed the chicken back up and threw it in the fridge. Had my soup while doing laundry and thought about maybe Vegetarianism isn't all that bad, I was able to stomach the soup, the cauliflower I was able to swallow (barely). *sigh* Guess I'll just have to wait a see what tomorrow bring.
