Well Darn. . .

It was a darn good thing I came to the conclusion that this was a trial run for me. And that I was going to end it early, because last night I finally caved. A few days ahead of schedule but heck, at least I wasn't giving into the cravings. It was just that my aunt offered me 水餃 for supper when I dropped by and it sounded really really darn good. If I had been alone I would have taken off then skin and ate just the center to fall into the guidelines of phase 1, but that would be very impolite and not as yummy. :)

So, there ends my diet run. 6lbs in 10 days. Not bad. I think I'll take a look at phase 2 and see if I can at least try to keep in touch with the SBD's lifestyle until I do it again on Janurary 2nd. Also planning on taking advantage of all the sales the Gyms promote around the holidays season to join up with one. I'll start on an easy workout routine until I get my stamina back for working out. Lets see if any of the stuff that my high school coaches taught us regarding working out actually stuck in my brain. The only thing I can remember is that "No Pain No Gain" is a buncha crapola. If you're in pain that means your doing something wrong buddy~ Pain and burn are two different things.

I guess one of the good things that came out of this trial run is that a: I don't crave junk food as much (leave my diet soda alone it doesn't count as junk), b: I've gotten used to eating breakfast.
