Thoughts: I think I'm done with this diet. I can't even remember what day it is. Anyhow, I've put a stop date for Phase 1 and it's a little short of the 14 day marker. It's going to be Thursday the 15th and there ain't ANYTHING anyone can do about it!
Worries: I wonder if that Almond Joy is still good. It's been sitting there opened all this time. Better throw it out. Dang it, I spend too much money at Whole Foods again.

You did great! Yah yah yah! Just try to stay within the Phase 2 mindset for a few weeks, just so you don't blow al your hard work. So that means pass on the Almond Joy and pick up a nice Honey Crisp apple instead. God, I fee so behind, I'm not even at one week yet. Siiiigh.
